JAKARTA (Chauffeur Drive Only)
Mandatory documents:
- Personal ID Card or Passport
- Credit Card
- Print Out Reservation
- Payment Confirmation
- Flight & Hotel Information

- Prices included with car, driver and government tax (booking via website)
- Prices excluded with gasoline, toll and parking fee (booking via website)
- Car and driver can only be operate from 06.00 - 24.00
- Our staff will wait up to 3 (three) hours from the booking time
If the customer don’t come in 3 hours, the driver will come back to the office and customer will be noted as no show
- For booking by phone to +62 21 53666000, customer can use the package price (included with car, gasoline, driver, government tax)

Some additional charges that may apply :
- Pick up and drop the car not in the STATION will be charged IDR 350,000/ way

BALI (Self Drive & Chauffeur Drive)
Mandatory documents:
- Deposit IDR 500,000/rental
- Personal ID Card or Passport
- Local or International Driving License
- Credit Card
- Print Out Reservation
- Payment Confirmation
- Flight & Hotel Information

- Prices included with car and government tax (booking vai website)
- Prices excluded with gasoline, driver, toll fee and parking fee (booking via website)
- Our staff will wait up to 3 (three) hours from the booking time
If the customer don’t come in 3 hours, the driver will come back to the office and customer will be noted as no show
- Rental cost included insurance for 1 (one) spot of damage
Second and subsequent damage will be charge IDR 300,000 / spot

Some additional charges that may apply :
- Pick Up & Drop Off the car NOT in the STATION will be charge IDR 100,000/ way (Kuta/Legian)
- Pick Up & Drop Off the car NOT in the STATION will be charge IDR 200,000/ way (Denpasar/Jimbaran/Nusa Dua)
- Pick Up & Drop Off the car NOT in the STATION will be charge IDR 300,000/ way (Ubud)
- Returning the car's fuel with lower level when picked up will be charge IDR 300,000
- Losing the car will be charge IDR 10,000,000
- GPS IDR 150,000/day
- Car Childseat (6 months - 5 years old) IDR 150,000/day
- Driver IDR 150,000/day
- Overtime IDR 300,000/rental when pick up and drop off before 09.00 and after 18.00 (GMT +10)
